Welcome to NEURALCAST. By accessing or using our video scheduling and management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and NEURALCAST ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

NEURALCAST provides a platform that allows you to:

  • Connect your YouTube channel(s) via Google OAuth
  • Upload videos to your YouTube channel(s)
  • Schedule video uploads for future publication
  • Manage video metadata including titles, descriptions, and thumbnails
  • Track upload status and manage multiple channels

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must have a valid Google Account and authorize NEURALCAST to access your YouTube channel. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5.1 Content Responsibility

You agree that you will not upload, schedule, or publish content that:

  • Violates any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
  • Violates YouTube Community Guidelines or Terms of Service

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

8. Service Availability and Modifications

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NEURALCAST and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you upload or publish through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by revoking access at Google Account Permissions.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period following termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. 15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
